Slowpoke is the only Pokmon in the Sword and Shield expansion, Isle of Armor, to get a new Galarian form. You can find the yellow-headed Pokmon roaming around beaches on the Isle of Armor. To evolve it into the gun-toting Galarian Slowbro, youll need a Galarica Cuff. These can be obtained from a female NPC

You can find the yellow-headed Pokémon roaming around beaches on the Isle of Armor. To evolve it into the gun-toting Galarian Slowbro, you’ll need a Galarica Cuff. These can be obtained from a female NPC sitting on an island in the Workout Sea. She’ll trade 8 Galarica Twigs for one Galarica Cuff.

Galarica Twigs will spawn under trees on the Isle of Armor as a hidden item. You’ll be able to see twinkling spots on the floor. Press A in front of the sparkles to pick up the item. While you can find other items this way, doing this will eventually lead you to many Galarica Twigs.

If you snagged the Galarian Slowpoke at the train station without buying the expansion pass, you won’t be able to evolve that one unless you have a real-world buddy grab a Galarica Cuff for you in their playthrough of the expansion pack.
